The Round
249 SAR30cm ⌀ · 6mm · the compact entry point. Perfect for classic round pies and small ovens.
Slide in 6mm of carbon steel and it turns into the oven you always wanted: pizza with a crackling, leopard-spotted base, manakeesh that blisters like the bakery’s, bread with a bottom crust that actually crunches.
A bakery's stone deck and a pizzeria's oven bake at 400–500°C. Yours stops at 250°C. The difference isn't the flame. It's the floor. Steel stores heat like a battery and releases it 20× faster than a baking stone, so manakeesh, pizza and bread set, brown and blister from below before the top overcooks.
How to care for your plate →Conductivity is what browns the base. Steel delivers intense, even heat the second the dough lands.
Stones shatter from thermal shock. A solid steel plate is effectively unbreakable: a lifetime tool, like good cast iron.
Bake pizza after pizza: the plate barely loses temperature between rounds.
Put the plate on an upper rack, oven at max, 45 minutes. It soaks up heat like a battery charging.
Launch your pizza, flatbread or loaf straight onto the steel. The base starts crisping on contact.
Manakeesh in 4 minutes, blistered like the bakery's. Pizza in 6 with a leopard-spotted crust. Naan in 2. Sourdough with a real bottom.

Measure the inside width of your oven and leave about 3cm clear on each side so air can still move. The Round at 30cm suits compact and countertop ovens. The Hero at 40 by 35cm fits most standard built-in ovens. The Pro at 45 by 35cm needs a full-width oven, and its 10mm holds more heat for back-to-back bakes. If you are unsure, send us your oven model on WhatsApp and we will tell you which one fits.
Carbon steel can rust if it is left wet, so the whole routine is: hot water and a brush, no soap, dry it straight away, then a thin wipe of oil. That takes about a minute. Never put it in the dishwasher, and skip the detergent, because both strip the seasoning. Every plate arrives already seasoned, and the seasoning layer gets darker and more non-stick the more you bake.
