1. Who is responsible for your data
صاج Baking Plate is operated by Namerah Co. for Steelworks, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia (CR 7001347603, VAT 300049308700003). We are the controller of the personal data you share with us on bakingplate.com.
2. What we collect
We collect what we need to fulfil your order: your name, mobile number, email, and delivery address; your order and payment status; and messages you send us. We also collect basic technical data such as device and browser type to keep the site working.
3. How we use it
To process and deliver your order, issue tax invoices, provide support, and send occasional updates (only if you opt in). We do not sell your personal data to anyone.
4. Payment data
Payments are handled by Moyasar, a licensed Saudi payment provider. Your full card details are entered directly with Moyasar and are never seen or stored on our servers. We only receive confirmation of whether a payment succeeded.
5. Sharing with partners
We share the minimum necessary with the services that run the store: our delivery courier (name, address, phone for the drop-off), Moyasar, and email/WhatsApp providers used to confirm orders. All are bound to protect your data.
6. Cookies
We use essential cookies to remember your cart and language preference. Any analytics are aggregate and do not identify you personally. You can clear cookies in your browser at any time.
7. Retention
We keep order and tax records for as long as Saudi tax and commercial law requires. Marketing contacts are kept until you unsubscribe.
8. Your rights
You may ask us to access, correct or delete your personal data, or to stop marketing to you, by contacting us. We respond within a reasonable time and in line with Saudi Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL).
