1. Who you are buying from
صاج Baking Plate is operated by Namerah Co. for Steelworks, registered in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia (CR 7001347603, VAT 300049308700003). These terms govern every order placed on bakingplate.com.
2. Prices and VAT
All prices are shown in Saudi Riyals (SAR) and are inclusive of 15% value-added tax. The VAT portion is itemised at checkout. A full tax invoice is issued for every order and sent by email.
3. Orders and acceptance
Placing an order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed only when we confirm your order by email or WhatsApp. We may decline or cancel an order (for example if an item is out of stock or a pricing error occurs), and will refund any amount already paid.
4. Payment
Payments are processed securely by Moyasar. We accept Mada and Visa/Mastercard. We never see or store your full card details.
5. Delivery
We deliver across Saudi Arabia, the UAE, Kuwait and Bahrain. Riyadh typically arrives in 2 working days, the rest of the Kingdom in 2–4, and the other GCC countries in 5–7. Delivery is free on orders over 300 SAR, otherwise 25 SAR inside the Kingdom and 60 SAR outside it. Timescales are estimates and not guaranteed.
6. Returns and refunds
Unused plates in original packaging may be returned within 14 days for a refund of the item price; defective or damaged items are replaced or refunded free of charge. Full details are on our Contact page. Seasoned or used plates cannot be returned for hygiene reasons unless defective.
7. Warranty and care
Carbon steel is a lifetime product when cared for. It is not covered against rust or damage caused by improper use: dishwashers, prolonged soaking, or storing wet. Follow the seasoning and care guidance provided with your plate.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and any dispute is subject to the competent courts of Riyadh. Nothing here limits your statutory consumer rights under Saudi law.
